UFC is growing to be one of the most loved, watched and played sports in the world. Its popularity is exponential.
Which is why it is no surprise the video game version of the sport has been a massive success.
Last year THQ and Yukes came out with the smash hit tile UFC Undisputed and was an instant winner on the gaming market.
This year, however, they have release yet another, improved version of the game.
UFC Undisputed 2010 has definitely passed the mark. One of its best features is the Career mode, which was nowhere to be seen in 2009.
The mode allows users to choose from a massive range of players and to train them up to the desired fighting standard.
You can then enter tournaments, build points and become the world champion, if you’re lucky and good enough.
You also have a lot more control over the type of character you create on a visual level. Tattoos and logos are added using a drag-and-drop technique, replacing last year’s menu-heavy slot system.
Custom colors can also be created, as well as choose from an expanded number of hairstyles and body types as well as customize your various taunts, handshakes, and post-match outfits.
As expected, there are a stack of big names included in the bill, with the additions of Georges St-Pierre, Dan Hardy, Shane Carwin, Jon Fitch, Thiago Alves, and Clay Guida, who all didn’t make the cut for last years game.
UFC Undisputed should be out in the middle of the year on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
