Next time you open a new Ubisoft video game title and something feels different about it, well you will probably be right.
There will be something missing. Not the game, that will be there for sure, but something that accompanies it is now set to be eliminated!
The gamins developer has decided they will no longer include instruction booklets in all of their upcoming releases.
The little instruction booklet you all loved to read and study heard to know everything about the game you just bought has now been taken away!
It does come as some bad news for gaming lovers as the booklet is something we all treasured as much as the game.
But that doesn’t mean e won’t be able to still access the manual.
Now, gamers will be able to look up the game manual within the game itself through a digital interface.
Yep, technology at its greatest!
Ubisoft, which has published successful titles like Assassin’s Creed, games in the Tom Clancy franchise, and the video game version of James Cameron’s Avatar, said the “more intuitive access” would provide value to consumers.
Sony’s PSP go-system already offers a similar functionality, so it’s not the first time ever in the gaming world.
The first game to make the official shift to the new technology will be Shaun White’s Skateboarding, due on the market in the next few months.
