You control plants. They are being attacked by zombies. You must use the plants to kill the zombies.

This game is a ‘tower defence’ style game, where you position different types of plants at locations on a battlefield (really, it’s just a lawn) and they use various methods (shooting bombs, acting as landmines, secreting sticky residue) to kill and slow oncoming zombies.

You will also put up various types of fortifications to slow and maim the streaming zombie hordes.

The good news is that while this game is basic to begin with, it grows on you (forgive the pun) and is also very accessible for a whole heap of different types of game players.

If you want to really progress in Plants vs Zombies, however, you will need to spend a few hours learning the ropes. The early parts of the game are easy but they quickly become more difficult!

You can change difficulty settings, as you should be able to do on any good game.

If you get a little tired with the main game, you will be pleased to know that there is some fun minigames and puzzles – as well as a Survival Mode – to mix things up.

Enjoy this game and try not to become too addicted!
